Can I return my purchase?
Yes you can!
Simply check whether you meet the following guidelines:
1. Ensure that the clothing(s) you wish to return is unworn, unopened, unwashed and in its original condition, fit for resale and is in it's original packaging, including labels and any accessories attached.
2. It is your responsibility to make sure that the returned item(s) reaches us within 20 calendar days from the initial shipping of your order.
3. Kindly be reminded that underwear / lingerie / nightwear / swimwear / hosiery / makeup items (including brushes) / accessories (including earrings and necklaces) / sale or clearance items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene purposes. Please do not return these to us.
4. Do also be notified that we will not provide a return or refund for mistakes of your own human error (such as clicking and carting out of the wrong size, colour, ready stock or preorder option and/or item as well as entering of incorrect name, address or payment mode).
How do I return my purchase?
It's really simple!
Drop us an email within 20 calendar days from the initial shipping of your order at email@example.com and we would love to guide you from there.
Things to note
Please do not send the item(s) you wish to return back to the sender address stated on the polymailer as we will not be able to receive it.
How long will it take my returns to be processed?
Returns will be processed within 14 business days (not inclusive of weekends and Singapore public holidays) from the date we receive your parcel.
Although we seek your kind understanding that it might take longer if we are experiencing a high volume of parcels, especially during / after festive periods.

How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued in the full amount, excluding the initial postage cost, and in the form of store credits. Cash refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Do I need to pay to return my items?
You will be responsible for the arrangement and postage costs back to us.
Do note that this is non-refundable.
We recommend any parcel sending service with a tracking option so as to avoid any unnecessary cases of lost parcels.
