We hope you are satisfied with all of your purchases but if you ever need to return an item, you may do so within 20 calendar days from the date your parcel was dispatched. Please email us beforehand at returns@sonotsizezero.com to inform us of your returns. Kindly note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges as well as arrangement of delivery back to us.

We accept refunds / returns for items that are unworn and unwashed however we cannot accept refunds / returns on bags as well as cosmetics brushes and pierced jewellery or on swimwear and lingerie due to hygiene reasons. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.
