Waiting period maybe between 12 - 30 days, depending on the customs clearance and mailing conditions in your country.

All standard shipping comes with tracking, unless otherwise stated.

In the event that this complimentary traceable form of postage is not available for your country, we will email to ask you whether you would like to proceed with the order, using a non-traceable postage.

Do note that if you are unreachable via email, we will wait within a reasonable time span of one week, before proceeding with your order - using the non-traceable postage.

Expedited shipping by reliable courier partners such as ARAMEX, EMS and DHL, is available upon checkout, at an additional charge. Please note that merchandise that are high in volumetric weight will be mailed out direct by our suppliers to keep our selling prices affordable and to save on shipping time.

#We are unable to ship via the Free Standard Shipping option to these countries due to postal irregularities and COVID-19 disruptions.

^Please be informed that it is mandatory by law for customers from these countries to pay the necessary customs or duties fees before the customs or parcel processing facility will release the parcel to them.

All international customers are reminded that it is your own personal responsibilities to file or submit all necessary declaration documents (if required) to the relevant authorities beforehand to ensure a smooth customs clearance and parcel delivery.

We hope you are satisfied with all of your purchases but if you ever need to return an item, we must receive your request within 10 calendar days from the indicated signed for / arrival date of the package.

Please email us beforehand at returns@sonotsizezero.com to inform us of your returns. Any unaccompanied returns will be immediately disposed of, without any refund.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges as well as arrangement of delivery back to us.

We accept refunds / returns for items that are unworn and unwashed and with tag(s) on, however, we cannot accept refunds / returns on bags as well as accessories and jewellery or on swimwear and lingerie due to hygiene reasons.

Please kindly be informed that we reserve the right to reject any returned item received if it shows traces of it being worn out (such as perfume or abnormal smells as well as wear and tear [abrasions, scratches and oxidization]) and if it is without any tag.

Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.

Exchanges are subjected to availability* and you will be responsible for the shipping charges involved.

Kindly be reminded that minor defects such as loose threads, slight stains or scratches will not be considered as defects and hence, are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
