Waiting period maybe between 12 - 60 days, depending on the customs clearance and mailing conditions in your country.

All standard shipping comes with tracking, unless otherwise stated.

In the event that this complimentary traceable form of postage is not available for your country, we will email you to ask whether you would like to proceed with order, using a non-traceable postage.

Do note that if you are unreachable via email, we will wait within a reasonable time span of one week, before proceeding with your order -using the non-traceable postage. 

Expedited shipping by reliable courier partners such as Aramex, EMS and DHL, is available upon checkout, at an additional charge.

Please note that merchandise is mailed out direct by our suppliers (except for premium items) to keep our selling prices affordable and to save on shipping time.

All additional charges are stated in USD.

* Due to heavy delays for delivery of registered and ordinary mail to Canada (affected postcodes A, B, C, D, E, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, P, R, S, T, V, X and Y), we have temporarily ceased all free standard shipping with minimum $0 purchase option for Canadian customers. Please refer to our announcements for more details and we thank you for your kind understanding in advance.

Kindly note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes as deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.

Shipping rates do not include custom and import taxes by default, you are therefore responsible for the fees before delivery can proceed.

As of 23 November 2017, we have revised our policies to accept requests for returns and exchanges*. Do note that you will still be responsible for the shipping charges back to us and there will be a 20 calendar days allowance period from the time we ship your item out.

Kindly email us at returns@sonotsizezero.com before returning your item so that we advise you on the return address and the return procedure.
