Delivery and Waiting Time

Waiting period maybe between 12 - 60 days, depending on the customs clearance and mailing conditions in your country.

All standard shipping comes with tracking, unless otherwise stated.

In the event that this complimentary traceable form of postage is not available for your country, we will email you to ask whether you would like to proceed with order, using a non-traceable postage.

Do note that if you are unreachable via email, we will wait within a reasonable time span of one week, before proceeding with your order - using the non-traceable postage.

Expedited shipping by reliable courier partners such as Aramex, EMS and DHL, is available upon checkout, at an additional charge.

Please note that merchandise is mailed out direct by our suppliers (except for premium items) to keep our selling prices affordable and to save on shipping time.

We hope you are satisfied with all of your purchases but if you ever need to return an item, you may do so within 20 calendar days from the date your parcel was dispatched.

Please email us beforehand at returns@sonotsizezero.com to inform us of your returns. Any unaccompanied returns will be immediately disposed of, without any refund.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges as well as arrangement of delivery back to us.

We accept refunds / returns for items that are unworn and unwashed however we cannot accept refunds / returns on bags as well as cosmetics brushes and pierced jewellery or on swimwear and lingerie due to hygiene reasons.

Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.

Exchange

Exchanges are subjected to availability* and you will be responsible for the shipping charges involved.

Kindly be reminded that minor defects such as loose threads, slight stains or scratches will not be considered as defects and hence, are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

Please note that you must email us in advance at returns@sonotsizezero.com about your intent to exchange.

*Purchase consisting of sale items, intimates, accessories, bags and gifts are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
