If you haven't been watching 2023's hit revenge drama, "The Glory 더 글로리", then you are clearly missing out as it stars "Descendants of The Stars", "Encounter" and "Now We Are Breaking Up" Song Hye-Kyo (송혜교) who ditches her usual sweet, elegant and goody-two-shoes image and proves her naysayers wrong with this good-girl-gone-bad role as Moon Dong-eun (문동은), a scarred victim of high school bullying who is bent on seeking revenge on her high school bullies in adult life!
Don't miss the sexy and provocative outfits of one of the members of the group of bullies, the toxic-mouthed and money-hungry airhead air stewardess, Choi Hye-Jeong (최혜정), who seeks to climb up the power ladder by marrying rich, in a bid to stop being looked down upon by her rich friends and with a penchant for the sole love of the arrogant colour-blind heir Jeon Jae-Joon, played by the eye-catching and prominently beautiful actress from "Again My Love" and "Jugglers", Cha Joo-young (차주영).

I recently purchased the tweed jacket from So Not Size Zero and have some serious concerns.
While I understand that online shopping has its limitations, the discrepancies between the advertised product and what I received are quite disappointing.
Color Discrepancy: The jacket was shown as white and black, but what arrived is more of a dirty beige and black. This significant difference really detracts from its overall appearance.
Button Appearance: In the images, the buttons appear bright white with no discernible designs. However, the buttons on the jacket I received are much whiter than the jacket itself, making them look mismatched and cheap.
Shoulder Pad Design: The product was portrayed with layered shoulder pads that create a beautiful boat shape. In reality, the shoulder pads are dense and lack the elegant silhouette shown in the photos, simply adding width without the appealing design.
The jacket is completely new, unworn, and has all tags attached, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The photos on the site seem heavily edited and do not accurately represent the actual product.
Additionally, customers are responsible for their own shipping arrangements and expenses for returns, which complicates the process, especially when the shop is not based in the UK. This adds an extra layer of frustration to an already disappointing experience.
I urge the store to upload more realistic photos that accurately depict their items, including more detailed views of the materials. Better representation would greatly benefit customers and help avoid similar issues in the future.

To be honest, I can solemnly swear that we have been nothing short of being dedicated by asking for confirmations of your shipping address (which you have filled in wrongly in the first place) and accommodative (by adhering to your request for a return without any further questions asked) however you decided not to do so in the end as you do not wish to fork out the return fees and make shipping arrangements for it back, citing reasons of how we are making customers fork out for their own return fees back. We would like to clarify that it is clearly stated in our “Terms and Conditions” as well as 'FAQs' sections that customers are liable to pay for their own shipping fees and arrangement back and it is the customer’s own consumer responsibility to read up on our policies before purchasing with us. Alternatively, we are also most willing to honestly answer any doubts customer might have before purchasing with us! (:
As for how the actual product sent does not look like the product image at all, we have already refuted this by sending you a side-by-side comparison (and accepted your request for a return nonetheless) so we do not wish to comment further on this issue since expectations clearly varies and just wish to express our apologies that we are unable to meet your fastidious expectations of the exact same carbon copy of the jacket. This is because from day 1 of our business, we have already reiterated that ours is an inspired version off the drama (although we have tried our best to find a similar jacket which nails down the perfect details from the shoulder pads to the buttons) and therefore we are not able to make the exact same item. This has been clearly stated in the “Notes” tab of all products pages.
We also hope to seek your kind understanding that as a small business, we are unable to pay for your return shipping fees back to us on top of a refund as we have already paid for the shipping fees to you so we will be making a double loss in this case and we trust that you know that even big fashion houses do not give out free international returns unconditionally. In any case, we would still like to thank you for trying us out and we once again offer our sincerest apologies if there is any unintended misrepresentation or if we have caused you any disappointment or inconvenience in any way and we sincerely wish you nothing but the best.
