I really like these earrings. They are very pretty and look so nice. It is so neat to have a site that sells items from your favorite dramas. My top drama is Crash Landing on You. If you purchase you will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love this ring! It's well-made, comes in cute packaging with its own polishing cloth, and fits perfectly. It's a great little reminder of the show that I think every Tale of the Nine-Tailed fan should have. The staff is wonderful, too! There was a bit of a delay in getting my order, which is totally fine because these things can happen, but Kylie got ahead of it and kept me in the loop, which I greatly appreciated :) 5 stars across the board!

It was just like the pictures and super pretty and flattering in person. It came with a cute True Beauty freebie card and a free hair clip too! It was great for my Halloween costume :)

I recently purchased the tweed jacket from So Not Size Zero and have some serious concerns.

While I understand that online shopping has its limitations, the discrepancies between the advertised product and what I received are quite disappointing.

Color Discrepancy: The jacket was shown as white and black, but what arrived is more of a dirty beige and black. This significant difference really detracts from its overall appearance.

Button Appearance: In the images, the buttons appear bright white with no discernible designs. However, the buttons on the jacket I received are much whiter than the jacket itself, making them look mismatched and cheap.

Shoulder Pad Design: The product was portrayed with layered shoulder pads that create a beautiful boat shape. In reality, the shoulder pads are dense and lack the elegant silhouette shown in the photos, simply adding width without the appealing design.

The jacket is completely new, unworn, and has all tags attached, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The photos on the site seem heavily edited and do not accurately represent the actual product.

Additionally, customers are responsible for their own shipping arrangements and expenses for returns, which complicates the process, especially when the shop is not based in the UK. This adds an extra layer of frustration to an already disappointing experience.

I urge the store to upload more realistic photos that accurately depict their items, including more detailed views of the materials. Better representation would greatly benefit customers and help avoid similar issues in the future.

I'm 162 cm tall and ordered a Size M. The Sleeves are a lil' long with a mesh inner layer, which will be see-through when worn under a dark-coloured shirt so you might want to take note of that.

I like that there are two pockets on the front of the jacket, which is great for both Spring and Autumn when you are going for a jog / quick errand run / to walk your dog. However, I think it might feel stuffy when worn during Summer as fabric is relatively thick.

I'm glad I still took a leap of faith and ordered this as I really like "Lovely Runner", customer service from this store is good and responsible too.

So I received these earrings and they were beautiful but a little small in size and without me contacting customer service, the business themselves reached out to me letting me know they had sent a smaller size by mistake and immediately shipped out a new replacement that is exactly like the picture in both size and shape free of cost. I'm so happy with the new item and that they reached out unprompted which as the customer, I truly appreciate it. The earrings themselves are very light and yet elegant for everyday wear and immediately prep up my outfit, so highly recommend!

Amazing tailoring, nice material and a super fit! including the sleeve length which always tends to be a problem for me because I am petite. I am a size 10 but sized up and this was the right choice as it is slim cut / fit. This is going to be my favourite go to jacket in spring ☺️
