Dress did not fit according to measurement chart now I am having a hard time getting a response back from customer service for an exchange.

We are terribly sorry to learn that you felt this way as we had emailed you back on 27 Mar 2024 (we would encourage you to please check your spam folder) once we have received your email as you mentioned that you needed to exchange the dress for your birthday but we did not receive any response from you since then.
We have also sent you another email follow-up once we have received your email again in recent days.
With regards to the measurement chart, we have sold more than 20 quantities of this dress worldwide and we deeply regret that this dress had failed to fit you well as we have not received any complaints from any other customers with regards to the size and fit.

This dress is a perfect duplicate of the original dress. The material is well made too and it came to the United States within 1 month of ordering it. Now when I visit Switzerland I can live out my Yoon Seri dreams at a musical event. Thank you
