We hope you are satisfied with all of your purchases but if you ever need to return an item, you may do so within 20 calendar days from the date your parcel was dispatched. We accept refunds / returns for items that are unworn and unwashed however we cannot accept refunds / returns on bags as well as cosmetics brushes and pierced jewellery or on swimwear and lingerie due to hygiene reasons. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.
