Delays In US Shipments Due To LA Fires & Heavy Snow

Due to the current ongoing fires in Los Angeles, please kindly note that deliveries of packages will be impacted, especially in Southern California (Malibu, Santa Monica, Los Angeles, Pasadena, and San Fernando).  This is regardless of whether you choose the Free Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping option.



Apart from this, packages deliveries continue to be disrupted in the Central Plains through Mid-Atlantic (Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Georgia, Colorado, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Washington DC, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Connecticut) due to heavy snow and severe weather conditions. 

Pertaining to the above, we would therefore highly encourage customers to purchase their items early or opt for the Expedited Shipping option, where possible, to avoid any disappointments.
