Christmas Gift Shop Operating Hours

As everyone's favourite festive season - Christmas - draws near, we would like to gently remind all customers to get your Christmas gifts early to avoid any disappointment or inconvenience caused to your intended recipients! 


We would therefore like to bring to your attention that the last day for the Christmas Gift Shop would be 2 December 2026 and any orders received after that will only be processed and sent out after Christmas. We hope to seek your kind understanding that orders will be sent out progressively, based on the 'first-come-first-served' basis, to be fair to all customers. 


If you are planning to purchase jewelries or / and accessories as gifts for the Christmas season, do kindly note that as our jewelries and accessories are 100% imported from South Korea, please kindly do set aside at least one additional working week due to purchasing and shipping time required. 

For 100% Authentic items, please kindly be reminded that they usually need at least an additional working week of purchasing (which is not inclusive of shipping time) as we need time to purchase them from the original manufacturer so do factor in the waiting time required.

As we foresee that postal companies will be receiving many packages to process and deliver as per previous years, which would therefore highly likely result in a massive pile up, we would thus urge customers who wish to opt for the Expedited Shipping option to manage their expectations and submit their orders early to avoid any disappointment of packages delay.

As Christmas season is always our peak period, we hope to seek your kind understanding that we are unable to make any order cancellations once we receive your order (unless in events where item(s) are out of stock and discontinued) as orders are immediately submitted to our suppliers once we have received your order.

Any urgent change of address should also be sent to our email address, sales@sonotsizezero.com, within 1 - 2 working days from the submission of your order otherwise we will proceed with the shipping address received and any request to change address will be ignored after that period.

Please kindly note that any requests for order cancellations will be ignored and might result in a permanent ban from future orders with us.
