Christmas Gift Shop Operating Hours

As everyone's favourite festive season - Christmas - draws near, we would like to gently remind all customers to get your Christmas gifts early to avoid any disappointment or inconvenience caused to your intended recipients! 


We would therefore like to bring to your attention that the last day for the Christmas Gift Shop would be 4 December 2024 and any orders received after that will only be processed and sent out after Christmas. We hope to seek your kind understanding that orders will be sent out progressively, based on the 'first-come-first-served' basis, to be fair to all customers. 

For 100% Authentic items, please kindly be reminded that they usually need at least an additional working week of purchasing (which is not inclusive of shipping time) as we need time to purchase them from the original manufacturer so do factor in the waiting time required.


As Christmas season is always our peak period, we hope to seek your kind understanding that we are unable to make any order cancellations once we receive your order (unless in events where item(s) are out of stock and discontinued) as orders are immediately submitted to our suppliers once we have received your order. Please kindly note that any requests for order cancellations  will be ignored and might result in a permanent ban from future orders with us.
