EU: Withdrawal Button
From June 19, 2026, as part of the EU Directive 2023/2673, the EU has made it mandatory for all online stores to implement a withdrawal button for their buyers (who reside in the EU) to exercise their 14-days right of withdrawal (which is also known as the 'cooling-off period').
Being a 100% legitimate and law-abiding business, we have implemented the button, which you can find easily by following the instructions below for the desktop version and mobile version.
For Desktop Version
Click on the "WITHDRAWAL FORM" tab in the header area of our online store (first screenshot) and you will be directed to a withdrawal form (second screenshot).
If the withdrawal form is not loading, please kindly refresh once or twice.

For Mobile Version
Simply click on the three lines tab that is located on the left side of the header (first screenshot) and a side menu will appear (second screenshot).
Scroll below the side menu and click on the "WITHDRAWAL FORM" tab (second screenshot) and you should be redirected to the withdrawal form (third screenshot).

Please note that all details required in the 'Withdrawal Form' has to be filled in as factually as possible and to the best of your knowledge, do kindly rest assured that all information filled will remain private and only for our own viewing's purpose and for the compulsory filing of track records, which is in accordance with the requirements by the EU.
We strongly urge customers not to abuse this system and wish to reiterate that this Withdrawal Form is strictly only for customers based in the EU. Withdrawal requests received by customers that are not based in the EU will be duly ignored as nuisance and will not be given any attention or email response.
IMPORTANT (PLEASE READ!)
Although we are legally obliged to create this 'Withdrawal Button', our small business will be heavily displaced at a huge monetary and operational disadvantage if every EU customer hits the submission button. Therefore to safeguard ourselves, we deeply regret that we had made the tough decision to implement a policy that a permanent ban will be imposed for future purchases from us and we hope to seek your kind understanding about this.
We therefore urge all customers to please have a heart in this growingly difficult and complex online shopping community and exercise caution when submitting this Withdrawal Form or make a purchase with us as it is difficult for us to locate another buyer for the item(s) you wish to withdraw, especially if it is a consignment item.

We deeply regret that in the event that there are high numbers of withdrawal forms received, we might consider abolish shipping to the EU countries all together to stay afloat and remain sustainable.
Please note that the returns policy still stands and is up to our discretion (regardless of what is stated on the Withdrawal Form) and all refunds can only be issued only after we have received your return(s). All the shipping arrangement as well as fees involved in the returns(s) must be fully organised and borne by the customer.
