Shipping Disruptions: Canada
Due to the ongoing national strike by the Canadian Union of Postal workers, there will not be any new acceptance of international parcels by Canada Post, we are therefore unable to effectively deliver to Canada using the 'Free Standard Shipping' delivery and will thus temporarily cease this shipping option with immediate effect.
We hope to seek the kind understanding from affected customers and would like to refer them to the detailed news article here.
We deeply regret any unintended disappointments and inconveniences and sincerely thank you for your kind understanding about this shipping disruption.
Please kindly be assured that we will reinstate this option once normal postal operations in Canada can be resumed. Unfortunately, even if operations are back to normal, there might still be a backlog to clear so parcels might see a delay in delivery within Canada.
Please also note that Canada Post will be removing Home Delivery (Door-to-Door) Service, closing all rural post offices and turning to delivery into community boxes in the future to cut back on spending and remain solvent. We therefore highly encourage all Canadian customers to register an account and download the official Canada Post app via the Google Play or Apple Store to make their own pickup arrangements as soon as postal services resume.
You may still top up and send to Canada via the Expedited Shipping option.
Current existing orders to Canada remain unaffected as we will be upgrading them to Expedited Shipping and absorbing the Expedited Shipping fees involved on our own accord to ensure that they or their recipients will be able to receive their orders in time.
