Due to an increase of orders received from customers residing in the remote areas, we deeply regret to inform that we have no choice but to impose an remote area surcharge for such orders.
We hope to seek your kind understanding that this is in no way discriminatory on our end but a compulsory surcharge imposed by international couriers such as DHL and FedEx.
We have, in fact, been silently absorbing such hefty charges on our own for some time now but are unable to do so anymore, as we are making a total loss on these orders and are responsible to answer to the stakeholders of our company on such losses.
Please kindly be rest assured that the remote area surcharge is only applicable for customers who have opted for the Expedited Shipping option and for their parcels to be delivered to a shipping address located in a remote area.
